Mr. Shumba completed his LLB Degree (cum laude) at the University of Fort Hare, Masters of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town (LLM UCT), and a Doctor of Laws in Mercantile from Stellenbosch University (LLD Stellenbosch), he is an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa; He has published articles, presented papers and provided analysis for local and international media on various topics ranging from international economics law, criminal law.
His interests in providing consultancy services on various legal matters ranging from business transactions, international trade, commercial contracts and his insightful analysis on business has enriched our team. Dr Shumba is has worked in high profile litigation within the SADEC region. He has joined our legal team in 2019 as an on call legal consultant in advisory and research capacity.
