Sixolile was born in Centane, in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. He did his basic education in Butterworth and matriculated in 2015. In 2016 he enrolled for his Bachelor of laws at the University of Fort Hare. He graduated from the University of Fort Hare with an LLB Degree, majoring in Local governmental law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Cyber law and Medical Jurisprudence.
His areas of interests are: Matrimonial law, Tax Law ,Civil law, Contractual law, and Labour law. Mr Mvila attended Law School in East London and completed his PLT in 2021. His hobbies are: Reading, community services and cooking.
