Lelethu Nyenyeku was born in Mdantsane and completed his secondary education at Solomon Mahlangu High School. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Fort Hare University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree between 2011 and 2013. After gaining professional experience as a teacher, he furthered his legal education, earning an LLB degree in 2021.
He subsequently completed his Practical Legal Training through the Law Society and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from UNISA. In 2024, he was admitted as an attorney.
Lelethu has a strong interest in Labour Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, and Cyber Law, where he applies his legal expertise to provide strategic and effective solutions.
